should i seek therapy or something for my procrastination?
i procrastinate so much that it’s ridiculous. It harms my health, my school grades, and causes me to feel crappy/sleep deprived all day because i usually stay up all night trying to not procrastinate but sometimes end up starting my work about an hour before the essay or project or whatnot is due. should i see a psychologist or therapist?
