A person of high EQ solves their problems based on experience, morality, and smarts. They don’t calculate but weigh on better judgments. It is said that if an average person is lacking in high IQ they compensate for higher EQ instead. This is the reason why most average Joes become millionaires in the business industry and the geniuses are still stack with their lab rats.

Inside the work place being able to relate with co-workers is a very crucial part of being able to effectively pull through the task at hand. This is where EQ comes into play. Being a team player and responding well to pressure is the best way to render productivity. This means better revenue for companies. EQ is needed by employees who are working in the office which social skills are needed in dealing with both clients and colleagues all day.
