I need some self improvement, can u pls help?
hey im a 19yr old university student who’s been ging thru lonliness alot lately and would like to start dating when i go back to school in september. However i think i should work on my Self esteem and confidence in myself first
does anyone know how i should work and build on these?
pls tell me, lots of detailed answers would be appreciated
