Best Remedy for Procrastination I need to get back to the gym?
Any ideas, tips on tricks to fight my damn procrastination and make it a habit to go and work out? I have the time, I just don’t have the desire or motivation for it other than someday fit into my old tight jeans again instead of buying a bigger size.
I appreciate your tips, other than find a gym buddy, can’t find one and when I did they fell into the same procrastination saying we’ll go tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.
