What are some tried and true ways to stop procrastination?
I procrastinate w/ almost everything. I find myself day dreaming instead of studying or walking instead of doing what I am suppose to be doing.
How can I stop this?
I also noticed that when I procrastinate I am usually feel the task is too big for me to handle. When I start the task I realize it is not at all hard to do so I procrastinate more because I feel it is easy and can be done last minute (homework).
