How can I stop school procrastination and also get outdoors?
I am a senior for the IB Diploma and my exams are in November. I always get A's and this term I've been first place. However, I don't like to get out that much (eg- to parties, walk the dog, cycling, etc.) because I say "I have to study" and, actually, I never do my work until the last. My quiropractist has told me I have to exercise because I'm starting to develop arthritis on my spine (yep, it's weird, I'm quite skinny and young) and I have scoliosis, but my mom doesn't want to pay me any classes like dancing or ballet, and she urges me to walk near my house… It may be social phobia or something, I just don't like going out alone, and my friends live really-really far away from my house.
Bottom line, I don't like to get out of my house but I am also not doing what I have written in my agenda as "important"; my homework. What can I do?
