How do i stop my procrastination?
I procrastinate a lot. I need to do homework but i just cant. I always find myself in front of the tv for 3 hours until its to late to do the homework. i am good at taking notes and classwork and projects but homework and a lot of other assignments are always done at the last minute or are never done at all. PLEASE HELP!!!
