Learning a new skill, like Time Management, can be challenging
Give yourself credit!
Learning a new skill can be challenging, when you make a mistake, it can be doubly difficult to handle if you are hard on yourself! Even the most skilled time manager is prone to mistakes on an off day. Realize that you are learning something new and try to envision how you might support and coach a best friend along to their success then treat yourself along those lines! It takes work, but practice makes perfect and anything worth having is worth working for!
