Is this an early onset of depression or is it just procrastination?
Condition:
>> I know there are things that are crucial that need to be completed, and its not like I dont have time but I almost freeze in the face of certain failure perhaps awaiting the worst to happen before things get better.
In most cases the tasks at hand are not even that difficult. Some examples:
1. finishing a single outstanding class to graduate
2. taking a simple drivers exam.
3. going to the GYM
4. Changing a simple expired registration sticker on my car (the new one is in my glove box)Just incase you are wondering, I am a procrastinator, although I have great relationships, hold a steady job, am very well read. That’s what complicates things even more. WHy would this happen?
Any advice for this hopeless bastard. I need to know what steps, if any I should take before this gets worse?
