Self Improvement Made Easy

I procrastinate way too much and its starting to affect my grades. I always say, "ill do my homework in an hour" and its like 6 hours later. I cant help but procrastinate in school. I play modern warfare 2 and then do my homework but I cant seem to have it the other way around. Also I need to know a good way of studying. I NEVER study, NEVER. I want to break that habit, I try to study but it seems to be no use Can you guys help me please
