Do you ever feel as though you have the best intentions but procrastination gets in the way?
I always have the best of intentions (i.e. to work on my home-based business marketing materials, to exercise, to clean the house, to read, etc.) but I always get caught up by procrastination. I am always battling with my mind saying "I can do it later" or "I have all weekend to do it, what’s the rush?". Is it as simple as breaking the habit and getting things done or is this a mental issue?
