Self Improvement Made Easy

I cant concentrate on my work which is why i never finish my work on time. I am also always obsessing that something is not good enough and even when i do a paper I am loathe to proofread it because Im afraid (im not even sure of what). It s a shame because I love to write and I love history but I cant seem to get my stuff together. I can’t focus. I’ll do a couple of lines in my paper and then i have to get up and pace the room back and forth and then check my e-mail etc.
