Self Improvement Made Easy

I always seem to put off doing work until the last minute. I really want to do my uni work to a high standard but always seem to have an excuse for not doing it…"Ooh i’ll do it tomorrow!"
Or more often than not, i’ll go onto a very addictive site called Yahoo Answers…lol!

Whenever there's something important to be done, I'll say to myself that I'll do it later. I always find something else to do(even if it's totally boring and dull). People will say to me "Just do it", etc., but every time I try, I find some excuse for doing it 5 or 10 minutes later. [...]

Every time I stop to say I can't do something or make an excuse I feel myself tighten and this knot in my stomach doesn't feel good. So is the above a possibility?

Help me someone. I really want to sit down and write a book – I have great ideas but everytime I mean to sit down and start to write, I always find an excuse not to.
