How to beat a procrastination habit. It is utterly horrendous.?

While I am a mostly A student with a GPA of 3.6, I never start my homework until about 10 or 11 PM. I can’t stop procrastinating, it’s either internet or Playstation or something. This habit ruined middle school for me. Please suggest a plan to help me, I am a Freshman in high school.
