I procrastinate and HATE it. People say just do it. Its not that easy. I cant, is it lack of self control? Ill say oh Ill do my homework now, and I end up on the computer or on the phone. How can I stop? Any old procrastinators, how did you overcome this?

I think about it, but I don’t do it…… maybe a website or self-help book will motivate me. Any advice appreciated.
