There are so much aspects of what makes a business successful. The most important of all, which companies are now looking into, is the emotional intelligence of their employees. This concept is today the basis of numerous industries to advance their people’s proficiencies and effectiveness in the workplace. Studies have shown that this allow for better work relations as well as responding to pressure that jobs demands among employees. For this same reason that a lot of companies take time and invest so much on online EQ surveys to get a better view on how well or not each employee are doing.

Emotionally intelligent people are evidently better, according to Daniel Goleman in his articles especially in business dealing. Daniel was not the first to take note of EQ; however, it was the great Charles Darwin in 1872.The dawning of Daniel’s explicit accounting of EQ paved the way for keeping tags of multimillion companies on making sure every one who works under them are equipped with good EQ. They usually use survey as a tool to support this need over the Net.

This begs the question on how does it help. Basically everyone has two major quotient which are part of the many facets of human characteristics. The most well-known is IQ, or intellectual intelligence quotient. This type of quotient is based on the person’s capability to store, process and analyze facts and data. IQ, for many years has been the basis for gauging how well a person will succeed in the future. For most of the years spent at school, IQ is being harness and developed in all of us. But, through the years it did not prove to be effective at yielding a valuable entity as being successful in business is concerned. This gave way to new strategies that Daniel offered on paying attention to, EQ. It is different with IQ in that, it is the quotient which delves on how constructive a person apportions, addresses and communicates reaction or pro-action on certain stress and strain of life. This is the confrontational or conciliatory processing of the psychological makings of humans. In other words IQ is the Brain whereas EQ is the Heart!

How does the two relate in business then? Well, IQ as earlier mentioned is purely based on the brains. This constitutes a person to sacrifice, one way or another, being self-conscious and affectionate. When a person is too intelligent he/she typically finds way to deal with situations on a factual or accuracy of the situation with no regards for reproach for as long as the facts are accurate. So, if they are suddenly confronted by a stressful situation which data and facts are not sufficient to resolve, they breakdown easily. On the other hand, EQ works the other way. A person of high EQ solves their problems based on experience, morality, and smarts. They don’t calculate but weigh on better judgments. It is said that if an average person is lacking in high IQ they compensate for higher EQ instead. This is the reason why most average Joes become millionaires in the business industry and the geniuses are still stack with their lab rats.

Inside the work place being able to relate with co-workers is a very crucial part of being able to effectively pull through the task at hand. This is where EQ comes into play. Being a team player and responding well to pressure is the best way to render productivity. This means better revenue for companies. EQ is needed by employees who are working in the office which social skills are needed in dealing with both clients and colleagues all day.

The inauguration of EQ surveys online is being utilized by these big companies to test the EQ status of their staff members. Although, this is only effective if answered in all honesty at least by reading on the survey staff are becoming more and more aware of how they fare in terms of EQ. There are also trainings offered online. As a computer based interface, this saves a lot of money and can facilitate more staff in one or two training sessions. This gives a huge difference in the conduct and behavior inside the workplace. Since, it brings new techniques on how to handle stress, pressure and other factors that is associated with work online base EQ surveys also need feedbacks to improve the data base. It’s a good relationship which both parties benefits from in the long run.

Even though, the fact remains that not everyone are successfully changed or improved by it there is still a handful to spare. That is why, if ever you are one of those who work for a multimillion dollar companies, for certain you already know what this article is pointing at. On the one hand, if you are about to work for a prestigious company knowing and learning from these surveys surely will help you to become a better person all together.

IQ test means Intelligence Quotient, with the help of IQ tests intelligence test you can measure your ability of your work in any field, if you get high IQ level in IQ intelligence test that means there is chances of highly complex jobs.

I’ve just spent a couple of days with a client here in the Alps – an individual who would regard his personal development as his number one priority in his life, somebody who changed his daily routine, going to bed one hour earlier to give himself an extra hour each morning for meditation. He has been regularly meditating for up to an hour every morning for the last two years. The benefits? His fitness and health have greatly improved. His mental focus at work and at home has become laser-like and he has suddenly discovered a new-found creativity – in terms of news ideas and problem solving. He is in the zone.

And, yet, some months ago, he found himself confronted by a major career decision and, as a result, found himself reverting to the indecision and stress that had almost ruined his life some years ago, that had almost cost him everything. So, his point was this – why, when it came to the push, did his meditation have no effect in the cut and thrust of daily life? Well, for starters, he freely admitted that things would have even been a lot worse were he not meditating. As he said to me, at the very least, he is one of a tiny minority of people who are fully aware of what they are thinking and fully aware when what they are thinking is unhelpful or damaging.

But the key point is that, unless you put what you learn in meditation into the moment to moment living of your everyday life, you will not get the downstream and all-important benefits of clarity, focus and presence of mind. And, you don’t wait until everything goes wrong to start putting what you have learned in meditation into practice – you have to do it when things are just normal. It’s just the same as training for a big match – you train beforehand to make sure that you can play your best on the day.

This training consists of regularly checking your state of mind throughout the day – every day. If everything is running normally, chances are that your mind is wandering and distracted – after all, this is the normal adult default state of mind. Research demonstrates that the normal adult pays just one percent attention to what is going on when all is running smoothly. Obviously, this level of commitment to one’s life is not sufficient to have a great life – and this is why most people tend to be “not-too-bad”. As a result of this, however, the ordinariness of everyday life provides us with the perfect training ground. Simply stop yourself at various points during the day and check to see whether you are clear, present and focused or not – how you feel during meditation will be your guideline for comparative purposes.

If you’re not in a clear and present state of mind, bring yourself back to that state by returning to now. Again, simply, this means that you take a few moments to pay full attention to the here and now – you could stop and focus your sight, feeling, hearing, senses of smell and taste on what is actually going on, or you could simply take and fully appreciate a few deep breaths. Our contact with the here and now – and the opportunity it presents us with to live our ordinary day extraordinarily – is through (and only through) our five senses. You need to come to your senses!

And, if you do this when nothing crazy is happening in your day, you will be fit and ready to be at your best when things actually do go wrong.

I recently spoke to a client who told me that he was plagued by useless thought – distractions, negative thinking, worries, even fears. The first thing that I said to him was that, as someone who had worked on his own Personal Development, he could count himself among the horribly small minority who are aware they’re thinking useless thoughts. After all, psychology proves that the so-called normal mind is dead to the world, running on auto-pilot, totally unaware – unaware of pretty much everything, from the fact that it is actually in a specific and unique time and place (called Now!), to the fact that it is being attacked by useless thought. So my friend was at least one step ahead of the posse!

However, what are you going to do when you find yourself being mugged by your own mind? Do you fight back or do you try to run away? Who can you call for help? Who you gonna call? There’s no such people as the Thoughtbusters! Sorry to say you’re on your own – after all, you’re the only person on this planet having those thoughts. You can’t run away – there’s no hiding place from your own thoughts and there’s little point in fighting back. Thoughts are like a big bully – all they’re looking for is your undivided attention – fight back and you’re giving them your energy, just what they’re looking for!

What you’ll have to do is come to your senses and quite literally ignore the thoughts – they’ll never go away but a thought minus your energy is a nothing. Thought is meaningless until you pay it attention – direct your attention somewhere else and the thought simply isn’t. Direct your attention to Now – it’s the place where life is actually lived, where opportunity abounds (if you’d stop paying attention to your useless thoughts) ,it’s the place where dreams come true.

Being aware of Now is awareness. And, if you’re aware of Now, you’re aware of yourself in Now. Now that’s self-awareness! Being aware simply means paying attention – paying attention to Now. To what your eyes are actually seeing, to what your ears are actually hearing, to the smell in your nose, to the taste in your mouth, to what you are feeling. Feeling what your own body is telling you connects you with Now. Feeling your feet strike the ground each time you put one foot in front of the other is your direct connection to Now. Feeling the way your chair supports you is a valuable piece of “now information”. Noticing the way your legs are crossed, the your clothes touch your skin, the way your legs are positioned as you stand still, make up your own list!

However, here’s how it works. My friend said to me “I get it, when you’re walking you’re aware that you’re putting one foot in front of the other.” “Got it in one!” I replied. “And, when you’re thinking a useless thought, you’re aware that you’re thinking a useless thought!” “No! – When you’re thinking a useless thought, you’re aware that you’re putting one foot in front of the other as you walk!” The walking is real, the thought is not. Each step connects you to Now, the thought is your one-way ticket to unreality.

Paying attention to Now is your passport to success and happiness and the great thing is that life’s big adventure is entirely in your own hands.

We’ll always find something to stress you out. I’ve a client who telephoned me to tell me “I’m stressed out because I’ve nothing to be stressed out about!” Seriously! We never have to look far for something to whip up our adrenalin – and, if we can find nothing, we’ll make it up. In fact, if you are suffering from stress, that’s exactly what you’re doing – making it up. Your stress has got absolutely nothing to do with what’s going on or who’s doing what to you. Your stress is caused by how you react to what you think is going on or what you think someone is doing to you. Go over the last sentence again! There are two steps lead to stress – your perception of what’s happening and your automatic reaction – these are two steps in the wrong direction.

What you think about what’s happening is based on your “stored knowledge” – let’s see how that works. Joe at work asks you to do something that’ll take fifteen minutes. When he asks, his voice is “raw data” to your ears. You make sense of that raw data by using your stored knowledge – stuff that you learned during your formative years. This “knowledge” has nothing to do with the current situation. Be that as it may, you automatically use your stored knowledge to make sense of the raw data – and, as a result, make nonsense of it. As a consequence, you think that Joe has it in for you and is deliberately trying to ruin your day – this may be the farthest thing from the truth but this doesn’t matter to what you do next.

You’ve concluded that Joe has it in for you and your subconscious mind knows exactly how to react – because it’s been reacting to “threats” since some bully upset you in the schoolyard when you were six! Your subconscious mind doesn’t see Joe – it sees that bully. As a result you react – your mind starts working overtime concocting ideas and responses that stress you out – ranging “Now my day’s messed up” to “I hate my job”. Rather than just doing what you were asked to do and then getting on with the rest of your day, your own mind disables you – you can’t do what you’ve been asked to do to the best of your ability, you waste time and energy being annoyed and mess up your own day. This is the chain reaction that takes place every time we encounter anything and anybody – some encounters turn us on, some lead to stress.

But it can be completely different – you can live a life with no more stress. You can choose to focus on what’s really happening instead of letting your reactive mind ruin your life. It’s up to you. But, like all skills that you want to develop, you’re going to have to train yourself – and the last place that you train is in the middle of the game – you can’t start training when someone’s on your case, you’ve got to get fit before you go into battle. Focusing on what is really going on is easy – you’ve five senses use them! In other words, sit with your eyes closed and you’ll notice that someone’s turned up the volume! But no one hasThey haven’t, of course, it’s just that you’re more tuned in. You might hear a bird singing – your automatic reaction will be “That’s a bird, I know birds, I’m bored, I’ll let my mind wander” – this is the mental recklessness that leads to stress. Don’t jump to the pre-learned conclusion – just be still and listen – and you’ll begin to hear a whole heap more. By breaking the link between what you’re sensing and what you think is happening, you’ve become aware. Practicing this will enable you to stop jumping to the normal reactive conclusions that your subconscious mind has been jumping to all your adult life. In other words, the next time that you think that someone is on your case you can see it for real – perhaps just a minor irritation that, like everything else in life, will pass.

Everyone overcomes an abundance of pain through relationship breakups and this is normal neverthelss, if you are experiencing more than ordinary pain with the breakup, it is very significant for you to come to grips with what is contributing to your unusual pain. Hypnosis can be very efficient in dealing with these situations while improving your self-esteem as well as certainity. Do keep in mind that hypnotism is not effective if you are merely trying to forget your ex or not anyone in specific for this is practical and would more than likely prompt grins on any hypnotist who is asked to perform such a task.

Hypnosis can aid you with getting past a painful relationship. Hypnosis can be used as a tool that can aid you with making more healthy changes with your own way of thinking. With cognitive therapy, it is determined that our thoughts contribute highly to our stress and emotional levels. Being hypnotized can aid|cure you with loving yourself again as compared to erasing memories of someone who wronged you.

Hypnosis does not alter who you are. Hypnotists understand that you have always been the same person but unfortunately, during this painful period of your life, your conscious mind is fixated on the present breakup. Your conscious examines speceific situations and is always working for you. Your conscious can even determine falsely particular situations. These twisted thoughts literally guard you from being happy. Hypnosis can aid with challenging your unreasonable distortions by switching them to more positive and healthy situations to your subconscious. You will find that after a hypnosis session you will start to view yourself in a different way and accept yourself for the person whom you truly are as compared to who you want to be.

Hypnosis is not a science consisted of magic tricks. Hypnosis only allows you to reach a more targeted and relaxed state of mind. The hypnotist will suggest to your sub-conscious things, which will cure you in achieving this state of mind. When you are in a trance-like state of mind, your conscious is very at peace as compared to the constant analyzing and judging which our conscious performs on a daily basis within our lives. A person in hypnosis can wake up at any given time and cannot be formed to act in a matter, which goes against their own natural behavior.

You do not become a zombie during hypnosis. If you choose to use hypnosis for stressful relationship issues, the hypnotists will more than likely work on decreasing your stress levels within your life. This will be performed by enabling you to focus on peaceful images. Once your mind becomes calm, the hypnotist will attempt to speak to your subconscious. You will then be guided to view your ex as someone who is not deserving of your love or your time. This is a very healthy alternative as compared to merely ignoring the situation.

One of the biggest triggers for an episode of stress, depression or anxiety is a change to our lives, particularly unwanted change such as a death of a loved one, a job loss or a relationship breakdown. These are unpleasant experiences and for many, a prolonged period of mental trauma followed.

During the past week, two friends of mine have experienced differing major changes to their lives yet both reacted in exactly the same way. There is a very important skill to be learned from both experiences when it comes to change, and I’ll share it with you. Before I do, let’s look at how two totally different changes can trigger the same reaction but with drastically different emotional results.

Jimmy was my best buddy during childhood and our families were good friends. I haven’t seen him for a while and out of the blue, I bumped into him whilst on a night out. Sadly, his news wasn’t good as his father had passed away after battling cancer that very morning. Obviously, he’d known for a while that his father’s days were numbered but despite this, he was still in a state of shock and of course, he was deeply saddened.

I wished that our greeting could’ve been in happier circumstances, but such is the tide of life.

The following day, Paul, my best friend, rang me and told me some very good news. After studying and working hard for the last two years, he had reached his goal: a fully qualified commercial airline pilot. Knowing how focused and dedicated he’s been I was absolutely delighted for him! Of course, he was buzzing with excitement about the future that now awaits him.

OK, both of them supplied the same meaning to their circumstances by saying EXACTLY the same phrase:

“Things will never be the same again.”

Same phrase, but a world apart in meaning.

In the first situation, the loss of a loved one is an unwanted change, a change that cannot be prevented. In the second situation, the qualifications are a wanted, planned change, a change brought about by conscious choice to achieve a desired lifestyle.

However, there is a very important lesson you can learn from both that can help you deal with change, whether it’s a desired change like a change of job or an unwanted change like loss of a loved one.

Look at the phrase again. It describes not just individual experiences but the whole of life on planet earth. Because NOTHING in this life will stay the same. It just isn’t the nature of life. The very nature of life itself is a constant cycle of birth and death.

As a species, humanity has evolved throughout its history and will continue to do so. The way life is today is dramatically different than it was just 20 years ago. Technology, science, education, standards of living – you name it, it changes.

Look at your own life and you’ll see that change has been ever present. People, jobs, relationships, lifestyle – none of it has ever stayed the same. And imagine how boring life would be if everyday was exactly the same!

Reacting to change in a catastrophic or euphoric manner isn’t the way to deal with it. Far better – and far less emotionally arousing – is to accept that change is a constant of life whether we want change or not and that change will always happen. It’s how you adapt and assign meanings to change that counts.

Keep this in mind when change occurs and you won’t become emotionally traumatized. Change is a constant and indeed, things will never be the same again!

Often times stress will manifest when we carry over yesterday’s concerns into our present day concerns. An accumulation will almost always end up in a high stress level. Therefore, we must be able to “dump” all of our concerns from the previous day or days and concentrate wholly on our today.

So here are 3 stress busting tips

- Stress Busting Tip #1

Resolve right now to release every thought from yesterday and be only mindful of the now…. this thought only…this breath…this moment. Take in three very deep breaths and slowly release each one.

At the same time feel each and every concern, each and every problem, and each and every unresolved moment, begin to dissolve. You can deal with them at a later time. For now, you are only to be in this very moment.

Now go to your inner quiet place. Go deep inside to a place where you feel that you are at peace and then just relax and breathe in deeply and enjoy the feeling of being at one and at peace within yourself.

Use this special time and place to be calm. Free your mind and body of all worry, all regret, all disappointment, all anger and grief.

- Stress Busting Tip #2

Next, think of one particular act, such as rocking your baby, taking a quick stroll, raking the leaves, and do that one simple thing. All the while, your mind is quiet and calm and you are in your own special place within.

Practice this act of quiet and calm each day and you will see that you will accomplish so much more. At the first sign of being stressed, go back to this mindful, quiet place and start all over again until you have reached your inner place of calm.

- Stress Busting Tip #3

The very best thing that you can do for yourself is to eat, drink and rest – to your health!

Stress is easily brought on by not eating and drinking properly. When you don’t get the number of hours of sleep that you need each night, you are only setting yourself up for additional stress.

Limit the amount of salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol in your diet. Drink plenty of clean, pure water each day and do at least moderate exercise each day. This will breathe new life into your skin, hair and will nourish all of your vital organs.

Take time to breathe properly! Take deep belly breathes to send pure oxygen to all of your body. Laugh and then laugh some more. It is food for the soul! Spend time doing the things that please you most. Engage in healthy and fulfilling relationships and work on problems that would erode the closeness that you have with someone special.

When we are content and living a balanced life everyday stresses seem to pale in comparison. We are better equipped to deal with the unexpected.

You can take control today! Isolate only one particular stressor in your life and then work on it until you regain control. At the very least, have some new hope!electric car motor|electric car motor|electric car motor

We all experience some stress in our lives every day, but if you find yourself worrying so much that you’re losing sleep and having a hard time concentrating at work, then it is time you took action. Worry and fear are powerful emotions, and if left untreated they can often lead to anxiety and even depression.

The first thing to remember is that just as a seed cannot grow without soil and water to nourish it, your anxiety cannot grow without you feeding it. Anxiety is caused by an intense fear or worry about a possible outcome. These are the thoughts that are running unchecked through your head. The only way to control your anxiety is by controlling your thoughts.

You can begin by thinking back to other times when you worried about something. Did the fear come true or was the worry groundless? How much time have you wasted agonizing over something that never came about? It’s okay to have a little anxiety, everyone does. It’s when the worry begins to control your life that it has become a serious problem.

Worry has never solved anything. Because worry is a form of fear and intense fear can paralyze us, anxiety can actually make us fear making a decision and prevents us from solving the problem. Instead, we just keep running the same negative possible outcome over and over through our heads. Our fear actually creates additional fear.

If there is something wrong, then you need to focus on fixing it instead of worrying about it. If it can’t be fixed, then worrying about what might happen tomorrow accomplishes nothing except spoiling today. Worry on its own has never fixed anything.

Anxiety can become a vicious cycle that feeds itself. The only way to overcome the anxiety is to overcome the fear, and this is accomplished by changing your thought process. Rather than having a mind full of fear, fill it with hope and favorable outcomes. Events seldom turn out as terrible or as wonderful as we imagine they will. Our thoughts tend to the extreme while life is usually somewhere in the middle.

Concentrate on the positives and when you feel any negativity creeping into your thought process, push it away and go back to the positives. It is like a tug-of-war, either you control your anxiety or your anxiety will control you. Start with small issues and work your way up to larger ones, always picturing a positive outcome. Once you can keep these positive results in mind, you then need to begin taking positive action to make them come about. The cure for anxiety begins as a thought and then works its way into a positive action.

If you are carrying around a lot of worries, you need to either let some of them go or get yourself bigger shoulders.electric car motor|electric car motor|electric car motor
