I have a stress induced stomache ache due to procrastination of my studies.?
The obvious answer is to start studying and make the problem go away, but I don’t feel up to it. Anyway even if I do try to get some studying done, what else can I do for my stomach ache? I’ve tried a little yoga and some deep breathing and that helped very minimally.
