I am a terrible procrastinator. Has anyone here ever improved in this area? Any tips? (Aside from getting off of Yahoo, of course–LOL)

I have a big project that I should finish in a couple of months, but the last two weeks my productivity was close to zero. I spend time on Yahoo! answers, You Tube, Wikipedia, anything else but working on the project… Any advice how can I stay focused and finish this project?

I have really got to get more of my dissertation done but I keep getting distracted (eg. coming onto Yahoo answers!) I don't know how to be more disciplined with myself. What do you do to encourage yourself to get your work done and stop procrastinating?
