		<description>I procrastinate ALL THE TIME, but recently I&#039;ve realized that it&#039;s just better to get whatever you have to do over with because you&#039;ll still have to do the assignment--even though not doing it at first means you aren&#039;t doing it right then, you&#039;ll eventually have to do it, so you might as well do it when you have time.  I still procrastinate occasionally but I&#039;m sort of getting over it.  It really does help though, to get things done earlier, because you&#039;ll be less stressed out.</description>

What works for me is I say... today my goal is this.  
Then I say to myself.   Focus Focus Focus... usually works.</description>
